So you recently found out that a relative you never knew existed has passed away, and left you a house. All local taxes have been paid off, and the house is fully insured for the next twenty years! Other than utilities, and any changes you want to make yourself, the house will cost you nothing.

It's a small cottage, placed almost in the middle of a large pond. It's basically two rooms: the sleeping area, kitchen, and dining area make up one room, and a small bathroom is the second. It has a large, currently empty, basement, with very thick stone walls, and no signs of leakage, despite being surrounded on almost all its sides with water. The edges of the pond have been edged with stone, and local flowers bloom all around.

Something caught your attention: there are glass vials of green liquid on several shelves in the kitchen. No idea what they are, or where they're from....

Have bb.moveobjects, bb.showhiddenobjects, and bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement activated before installation.
