Upcoming... Dining and Buildset Modern Baroco

Just want to show you my next upcoming two sets. I made a Diningroom with a lot of crystal-decoration and a matching Buildset which will give you the possibility to have a illusion of thick walls.

Upcoming soon - Kidsroom Wild Rose

Hello everybody!!!

I done a new set - a Kidsroom called *Wild Rose*.

It contains 28 new objects and 2 new pattern. 

- A singlebed with complete new and working bedding and modular curtains

- A portable DVD-Player with TV-function - placeable on tables,...

- A desk with a deskchair

- A dresser with a wallmirror to place on it

- A shelf, a dekodresser, a bedsidetable / endtable

- A Livingchair with 2 matching pillows

- A lot of clutter stuff mostly for the desk.

SIMPERIAL***** The Bathroom

Hello :)

The new SIMPERIAL***** Set is in working progress. The Bathroom. Containing things like tub, shower, sink, endtables, a lot decoration, loungchair and so on...

The bathroom will come soon on TSR :) I hope you will have fun with it and your sims will enjoy a great time in the SIMPERIAL***** Hotel ;)

SIMPERIAL***** The Peachroom

Hello all :)

Next part of the SIMPERIAL***** Hotel. Your Sims will get now the first place to sleep. The Peachroom. Doublebed, Singlebed - both with new working bedding. Livingchair, Loveseat, Officechair, Desk, Coffeetable and so on. The Peachroom comes to you in three colouroptions and is fully CAStable. You will get:

- The Peachroom

- The Blueroom

- The Limeroom

Here in my blog I want to show you what I did till now. It will need some more objects and work, but it will come soon...

So just some small examples from what it can looks like if it is ready :)

SIMPERIAL - Restaurant / Dining - work in progress

Hello all :)

The next part of the SIMPERIAL is going to be ready soon. The diningarea / Restaurant. 

I will have to split it in two parts. To many objects again :D

You will get a buffettable with is fully modular with the decoarative and lightning addons. You will have a lot possibilities to built it up. You will get chairs and tables for indoor and outdoor dining area and there will be a lot food decorations and dinnerware. But have a look for your own :)

You can see here the two buffettables with the middleparts (shelfs), the endparts, an upper decoration and the middlelights with some of the decorative dinnerware and foods.

I am working on the reception part right now. Still in progress, but I can show some pictures :)

SIMPERIAL - new project started

Hello everybody :)

I started a huge project again and want to inform you here how its going. 

The SIMPERIAL. A five star exclusive Hotel. 

Start is the buildpart of the hotel. Containing doors, windows, stairs, fences and so on. I want to show you the progress of the single parts. So first I show you some pictures from the building itself where I used the build object. Please keep in mind the building is not ready yet - its just to show the buildobject. A lot decoration is missing and a lot objects to. I plan to make a reception with a lobby, two different hotelrooms with bathrooms, a diningarea, a bar and a wellnessarea. This is my plan.
