Pretty In Pink

Recently I received a request to convert my teen Pretty In Pink set of sweaters and skirts with Ugg boots for use by adults. Converting the skirts was straightforward as the relevant Maxis teen mesh has been converted for adults by gelydh: REA33. Converting the sweaters was slightly more tricky as I couldn't find an equivalent adult mesh so I've converted the teen sweaters into adult cowl neck sweaters using Liana's lovely Mesh 079.

As with the teen set, there are four skirts, each available both with and without tights. The adult set features six co-ordinating cowl neck sweaters. Therefore the set comprises 14 mix & match items in total.



It's a perfect set for the approaching chilly winter weather. All items are available for adults and young adults. I've categorised all the items under everyday wear as I don't think it's possible to categorise separates as outerwear - please correct me if I'm wrong about that.

Bohemian Tops

This is a set of eight re-colours of the new tops from my Bohemian Collection that I made to go with the adult versions of the Bohemian Teen skirts. There are three new colours of the 3/4 sleeve top, three new colours of the appliquéd halter top and one new version each of the cheesecloth shirt and the cream halter top. Here are three of them:



All the tops use standard Maxis meshes and are available for adults and young adults.

Zahirah Bikinis

This is the first new swimwear I've made in over a year so I felt it was high time I came up with a new set.



This is a mix and match set comprising basically two bikini tops and two bottoms in a black and white Moroccan design with contrast hot pink trim and straps. I've always loved the Maxis strappy bikini bottoms (see my Sheer Glamour lingerie set for previous use of these) so I enjoyed incorporating them into the set. As always with my swimwear, I've tried to make the design sexy but still relatively conservative i.e. generous bottom coverage, no thongs, etc, and in this set the non-strappy bottoms have a flattering wide band at the hip. I think the combination of colours in this set is quite stylish - striking but still feminine. As usual, the feet are bare, as I've personally never found much use for swimwear with shoes in the game.

The bikinis are available for adults and young adults. They use a standard Maxis mesh and are base game compatible.

Roman Floor Tiles

For the World Without Time: Ancient Civilizatons Theme Week, I have created a set of six Ancient Roman mosaic floor tiles in a range of styles. Two of the tiles have been designed to allow you to mix & match for added effect.

Two million downloads

I reached the two million downloads mark today!!!

Thank you to everyone who has downloaded my creations since my first set of Sims 1 skins published on 17 May 2005. I hope I've managed in some small way to add to your enjoyment of the game - if so, I really feel that I've achieved something worthwhile. And thanks also to everyone who has taken the time to write comments, sign my guestbook, send me P.M.s and help me in the forums. What a wonderful, supportive community we have here at TSR! :-)

Kimono

About a month ago, I sent my Sims on a trip to Takemizu Village for the first time and decided to dress them in the local garb. I was disappointed by the limited selection of kimonos available in the game: essentially, one style which came with the Happy Holiday Stuff Pack and a second simpler style which came with Bon Voyage, all in fairly gaudy colours. So I decided to have a go at making some kimonos of my own in more subtle, feminine fabrics. I found this project trickier that I'd anticipated and very time-consuming but, finally, I came up with eight different kimonos, four in each style.



All the kimonos are available for adult and young adult females. I've categorised them under everyday and formal wear. Four of the kimonos require Happy Holiday Stuff and four require Bon Voyage.

H&M Summer Style 5

This is my fifth set of re-colours of the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack meshes. This set comprises five stylish summer dresses (again, two with a retro feel) and a pair of cropped blue denim jeans worn with a pretty blue and white floral patterned tube top. I was asked to make a pink dress and I've made three, so you will have a choice!



All items are available for adult and young adult females and require the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack.

A collection file is now included with all my H&M sets and this incorporates all the H&M items I've created so far i.e. any of the items you've downloaded from my five H&M sets will show up in this H&M collection folder in your game.

Tuxedo

My 2008 Birthday Set comprises seven stylish cocktail dresses with a tuxedo motif, perfect for that elegant birthday soirée.



All the dresses are available for adult and young adult females and use Maxis meshes - although you will need to have Nightlife, Open For Business, Celebration! Stuff and H&M Fashion Stuff installed in order for all the dresses to appear in your game.

My Birthday

Every year on my birthday I release a set of party dresses. Next Wednesday is my birthday, and to celebrate I am making my two previous sets of birthday dresses, from 2006 and 2007, free to download for one week only.





I will also be creating a brand new set of dresses for 2008 - so watch this space!

H&M Summer Style 4

This is my fourth set of re-colours of the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack meshes. This set comprises four stylish summer dresses (two with a retro feel), the cute tennis skirt from the first set, this time paired with the slinky black top from the second set and with slightly different shoes and bracelet, and a pair of simple white jeans worn with a pretty lilac and white polkadot halter top.



As before, all items are available for adult and young adult females and require the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack.
