What's My Next Project?
What's my next project? Well, I have not decided yet, but I will continue with Victorian theme sets. I do have several ideas for vintage room sets. Listed below are a few of my ideas for Victorian sets. Please feel free to comment, and/or offer a suggestion of your own for a room set.Nursery (babies)
Sewing Room
Study
Mudroom/Laundry Room
Living Room
Boy's bedroom
I cannot promise to use any or all of your wonderful suggestion, but it may help me reach a decision. In addition, whichever set I decide on has to be fun for me to create. After all creating for the Sims 2 is my hobby, LOL! Thanks in advance for your comments.
Victorian Inspired Kitchen Decorative Objects
It always pays to double check your set uploads. I almost forgot to include a few recolor. Somehow, my Victorian Inspired Kitchen Part IV set has grown to 24 objects. Everyday I think of something new to create for the kitchen. I love creating decorative objects, but enough already!Victorian Inspired Kitchen Part IV
Finally! Victorian Inspired Kitchen Part IV, is scheduled for publication October 1st. At this time the set includes 19 objects, several new meshes, in addition to recolors. Happy Simming!A Few Preview Shots
I just created a few more objects, which are decorative for the Victorian Inspired Kitchen, Part IV set. Some of the new objects are decorative plates and potholders set, knives set, utensils, and a few more kitchen objects. Here are a few screenshots.Update to Victorian Kitchen III - Skillets and Pot Mesh
New and improved, I did not like the appearance of the inside of my skillets’ mesh. The inside of the original mesh had ridges, see the before picture below. Therefore, with a little bit of tweaking to the mesh I achieved a smoother look to the mesh. The updated package is now available for download here http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Cashcraft/downloads/sims2/?ID=356542For Those Who Asked
After I posted pictures of my "Cream Cheese Pound Cake" mesh file, a few people requested the recipe. Hope you enjoy the recipe, beware of the calories, LOL.Cream Cheese Pound Cake
3 cups of flour
3 cups of sugar
6 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1-8 oz. package of cream cheese
1-teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Dash of salt

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add vanilla and almond extract. Add soften cream cheese to mixture. Alternately mix in 1 egg at a time with flour, and dash of salt. Pour batter into 10-inch Bundt pan and bake at 300 to 325 degrees 60 to 75 minutes or until golden brown and center of cake is done.
Victorian Inspired Kitchen Part IV
I hope to publish my next set, “Victorian Inspired Kitchen, Part IV (4)” within a few days. I am not sure how many more sets I will create for my Victorian Inspired Kitchen series.Creating objects and furnishings for the kitchen is a lot of fun, each day I am inspired to create something new for the series. Additionally, I hope to create a few more large appliances for the kitchen. As always, thanks for your comments and feedback on my “Victorian Inspired Kitchen” series. I really appreciate it!
