Jan. 5th, New Sims 3 set, Estate Sale Finds Part 2

Hello,

Estate Sale Finds Part 2 is scheduled for publication on Jan. 5, 2017. The set includes a few additional recolors of the SIMGER sewing machine and cash register, as well as a vintage Victorian sideboard (a new mesh), two table lamps, three decorative silk hand fans, two tea sets, and another water nymph wall art. I finally bought Sims 4 game over the holiday season. I hope it inspires me to create for the Sims 4. Any helpful tips and tricks from Sims 4 creators, I'd appreciate the feedback and any help you can offer.

NEWS! Estate Sale Finds Set, December 23rd

Hi y'all and Happy Holidays!

My new Sims 3 set is scheduled from publication on December 23, 2016. The Estate Sale Finds is a decorative set of mostly Sims 2 meshes that have been converted to Sims 3. The set includes some of my favorites from Sims 2, an antique black SIMGER sewing machine (decorative only), sewing desk with slots, 2 sewing baskets, and a vintage cash register(decorative only).

Additionally, three new meshes are also included, a Holiday wreath with 3 color variations, a dining chair and dining table set. Look for more Estate Sale Finds (converted Sims 2 objects) --coming soon. Happy Holidays!

Pretty Little Stuff, Serenity, Nov. 25th

Serenity, the quality or state of being calm and peaceful. Pretty Little Stuff Serenity is scheduled for publication on November 25th. The set is sure to help your Sims find their happy place during times of stress. News! Pretty Little Stuff Set on November 5th

The Pretty Little Stuff set is scheduled for publication on November 5, 2016. It's a Sims 3 set that's full of pretty little stuff for your Sims' home. Mudroom Part II, Extras October 13th

Mudroom Part II, Extras is scheduled for publication on October 13, 2016. The set features an entryway organization unit for your home. Stop tripping over discarded shoes and other clutter, instead organize and store your stuff neatly away. The set includes 15 objects, which are an umbrella stand, storage baskets (large and small) 3 pairs of sneakers styles, magazines and a newspaper and a revised object from my Sims 2 sets--it's a mini-house, and more. News! Two Craftroom Sets for Sims 3

With the holidays just around the corner, it will soon be time for gift buying and wrapping. A dedicated Craftroom is the perfect solution! Part One includes the furniture, modular units that can be mixed-and-matched for different looks and styles. While Part Two, which includes the decorative clutter items, will arrive later in the week.

Venetian Decorative Pack, August 22nd

The Venetian Decorative Pack is scheduled for publication on August 22, 2016. It's a decorative clutter add-on pack for the Venetian Bedroom Suite.

The decorative pack includes a throw for the Venetian bed, a bench, dressing table, carnival wall mask, perfume bottle, landscape and portrait paintings by a famous Italian painter (each with several variants) a large and small decorative chest, a wall light for makeup application, and a display easel. Venetian Bedroom Suite, July 30th

My latest set "Venetian" is scheduled for publication on July 30, 2016. The set includes a half-canopy bed, which I created over 2 years ago and then I forgot it every existed, lol!

The Venetian was inspired by the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV, it's a glitzy over-the-top casino with a canal and gondola rides for the tourist. 

Also, included with the set is an end table, table lamp, mirror, an antique cupboard and shelving unit (both have slots for decorative objects), decorative pillows for the bed and a fancy crystal chandelier to hang from the bed's canopy.

Currently, I am working on an accessories pack for the Venetian, it should be coming soon *crosses fingers.*

Hello!

Wow, I take long breaks between sets, lol!

It's been nearly 2 years since my last Sims 3 set was published. I've had a few health issues over the past 2 years, which prevented me from creating for the Sims games. 

I really missed creating content for the Sims, but I'm back now, and I hope to create a few more custom content sets for the game in the near future.

My "Mudroom" set is scheduled for publication on Tuesday, July 5, 2016. The set includes a traditional mudroom bench (with 20 container slots for decorative clutter objects), a tote bag, storage basket, boots, dog leash, jacket, and a hat.
