Oh my god, I'm so proud of myself. I learnt how to merge meshes in Blender with the help of Youtube tutorials, and came up with this peplum sweater. I used meshes from The sims 4 vampires and The sims 4 spa day packs so I'm not sure if it's base game compatible. It should be but if not, let me know and ill try to fix the problem. :)

The shirt comes in 28 swatches, 16 solid colours and 12 patterns.

Looks good on both thin and plus size sims.
