Here we go again!

It used to be a problem in Sims 2. I would litter neighbourhoods with my dubious non-matched lots and eventually would reach the point of having no decent camera angles. The only saving grace of Sims 2 is that neighbouring lots became a bit of a blur from a distance, unlike the clarity-for-miles we now enjoy in Sims 3!

And here we have it again. I've started a new castle, but no matter which way I turn, I've seemingly crammed empty spots with dockyards and factories. Not to mention the hilltop radio mast, the airplane streaking through the sky in the other direction and my test Sim answering her mobile phone! I can see that screenshots of this lot are going to be a bit of a trial!

I think I need someone to rewrite English Tudor history - jazz it up a bit with a few 20th century innovations or something.

oh for goodness sake - I should be in the home for the bewildered - excuse my blank comment above - what I was going to say was - hey that's real like isn't it - you know Charming Cotswold cottage in your viewfinder and when you pan out you get a ruddy great Lorry (Truck) roaring past the door, dog doings on the path and something not so pretty across the street - You would think that with all the historical custom content that everyone has been making for years - especially medieval and Victorian - that EA would realise we would like some little corner to indulge in a bit of time travelling - hey ho , whatever you do is great and the Castle looks really good - no worries - keep well

I hope someone is working on knightly armour and squire and kingly outfits to compliment the castle medieval period! Im sure you have thought of this already ..... but when you have finished your lot you can always start a new *testing* world to plonk it into for your pics then delete it when happy.  That way you can decorate the lots next to it in a forest and mountain atmosphere to accentuate the castles character. Anywho Ill let you get back to it ......... maybe you will get back to your dingy grotty roots and do a matching witches hovel?! Mwahhhhhh haaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaaa!!
