Lord Lucas Sim-Edgeworth grew up poor as a church mouse but one day, while wandering through the streets of Old Town looking for empty cans to sell, he found a lottery ticket. He tucked the ticket away in his pocket and forgot about it until almost a year later when he heard on the news that the winner of the largest jackpot in Sim history had never come forward to claim the prize and time was running out. Remembering the ticket he had found, Lucas checked, found it was the right number and rushed to the lottery offices to claim the prize. He spent the next year spending vast amounts of cash on anything he could dream of, including buying himself a formal 'title'. His two lovely daughters, however, worried that he would spend it all, leaving them almost worse off than before. To ease their fears, Lord Edgeworth built this Estate on one of the most prized lots in all of Simdom. The house was entirely too large for their small family but Lord Edgeworth happily spent the rest of his days filling the empty rooms with all the junk he could buy. The Edgeworth Estate has ten bedrooms (eight upstairs, two downstairs) and five bathrooms. The two downstairs bedrooms can be converted for use as offices or a study and a library. Also downstairs has a kitchen with a breakfast nook, a formal dining room with a fieldstone fireplace, a formal living room, a sitting room, a music room, a library, an office/study and an informal living room or den. The second floor has room enough for children to play and a balcony with a small fountain overlooking the backyard. The yard has been landscaped around the swimming pool and patio out back with a security fence in the front. **Since the majority of the wall and floor files that I use in my houses are custom made by others I can not include them here. You may need to do some redecorating.**
