I tend to forget whose in which grave so I made a Marker by using Home Crafter and putting the image and relation on the wall. I really like it and thought others may want to make some. It's very easy to do.

I do something similar... While the people are still alive I get someone to paint a picture of them, then I hang it on a wall above their grave when they die. This is great if nobody is creative enough to paint a picture though, or if I forget! Must remember this trick!
