Made from a Generations skirt mesh - this fun mini has three different color channels - you can recolor the sparkles on the skirt, the band around the top and the overall skirt color for dozens of color combinations. Has a high waist so it looks great with half shirts or even half hidden under regular tops. The Stella McCartney tank top and the Sheer Half top are also available for download and created by me.
