I am absolutely honored to be an SA here on TSR! So what do I do anyway? I build lots...lots of lots. Contemporary, Traditional, Victorian, Modern, Mountain, Beach homes/Hotels, Apartments, Community Lots...I guess you could say I build a little of everything! From Base Game Only homes to Apartment Life, you're sure to find something to tickle your sim-fancy, and fit your EPs!

About Homes by Illiana: When I build a home I don't just build it for looks. I build homes that are meant to be played. I also personally test every single home I create to be sure that everything works as it should BEFORE I upload it. Don't like CC in your downloaded homes? I tend to keep that to a minimum, if I use it at all. I am proud to say that most of my lots are Maxis Only! (I try to leave the CC choices up to YOU.) So be confident when you download one of my homes that I have YOU and YOUR gameplay in mind with every home I build. Hopefully that will transfer into more fun, with less hassle, for you.

MY POLICY: All of my lots may be used in stories, movies, posters, pictures...for the love of Pete...USE the homes. LOL! I would be THRILLED! If you do, drop me a line so I can take a peek at what you've done with them. I'd LOVE to see them in action. Thanks!
