Created for: The Sims 3

This is the first of several plantation-styled homes I will be building. They will range from medium homes to large mansions. Hope you enjoy them and find an interest in them for your neighborhood. This beautiful red bricked home is all about family. It has wrap around verandas for the enjoyment of the outside or just to gaze at the stars. This home has three bedrooms and three baths, and its decor colors are red, white and black. The grounds have a large pool and plenty of patios for dining. There is a covered arbor for those great chess games. The inside of the house is elegant with its black furniture and red accessories. The downstairs has a small entrance foyer, a living/media room with a fireplace and an office nook, a full bath, a kitchen with a prep island and a casual dining room. The upstairs has a small foyer with a hallway entrance to the back veranda. The master bedroom has a full bath. There are two other bedrooms with a shared bath. One is decorated for a nursery and the other is a guest room. Enjoy!!
