Created for: The Sims 3

Here is the second of my plantation-styled series of homes. This lovely home is fresh and inviting looking with its green siding and white trim. The grounds are small, but provide for Sim pleasures with its long porch, pool and small patio for dining. The interior has three bedrooms and three and a half baths and is decorated in sage green, lilac and white. There is a foyer entrance with a triple staircase, a family/media room with a grand fireplace, a ground floor master bedroom with full bath for your Sims convenience, a half-bath and a large eat-in kitchen. The upstairs has a foyer, a hall to the outside veranda, a guest bedroom with bath and a nursery with its own private bath. Enjoy!!
