PLEASE READ: This lot should be placed at 57 Waterfall Way in Sunset Valley if you are wanting the falls to be seen in the background. This is a 64x54 lot and can be placed at another lot of the same size but you won't have the falls. When placing, make sure the little garden with the white fence around it and small path are facing the road!

You must have World Adventures as this lot has many features such as rare spawners, merchants such as the bookstore, general, relics, eatery, and nectuary. This lot also includes a small cottage home, community garden with plenty of rare veggies, a church, places to shop, a restful hotel with plenty of beds and places to clean up, a grilling area, terraces to overlook the falls.
