My love for run down semi-industrial lots continues, and has been aided and abetted by having learned how to make split level buildings so that I can build things like attached garages on buildings with foundations. This lot is one I was working on with the idea of moving a couple into it, only to, in the end, move them into a more loft-style building instead. The decor is heavily cyclonesue, with windows by Spaik, and most wall textures by yours truly.

I love this look.  I have a whole section of one of my neighborhoods that looks like this.  Very cool!
