A lovely little lakeside mansion I built for a couple of newlywed sims recently; in the time it took me to play through the two sims falling in love and getting married, the husband made it to tycoon twice - so, I decided they should purchase a tycoon-worthy residence when they moved out of the boarding house they'd both been living in. Has a master bedroom, two children's bedrooms, and two large "servant's quarter" rooms in the attic space that they'll be using for a home office and gym. Plus four and half bathrooms and an attached garage, a good-sized greenhouse, and, of course, a private beach.
