This is the last of the Dutch Retouch residential lots series. Yes, you can build your street now. Stay tuned for maybe a community lot that will make the Dutch street complete! This lot is huge, I left loads of rooms unfurnished, because... You might want to make apartments out of it.
These houses will go on a corner lot. It will of course work if you don't place them on a corner, but I built it like one. Flags are out! Must be some Dutch holiday, or maybe it's the King's birthday. Imagine that in those days, families of 10 or more, would live in just one of these little houses. Yes, Amsterdam, Gouda, Edam, Haarlem, they have their own gables, but I combined them in a Freddie Dutch Street. Thanks to Mutske I was able to. Enjoy building your own Dutch little downtown area.

Amsterdam, capital of the Netherlands, has been called the Venice of the North for its more than one hundred kilometers of canals, about 90 islands and 1,500 bridges. To build your own Dutch Downtown area, you will have to bulldoze some lots on a street with corner. In World editor, place a 40x40 lot on that corner, and add as close as possible more 40x40 plots of land. Place The Dutch Retouch, Dutch 'n Such and Final Touch to create your own very Dutchness. Enjoy!
