This is a "frankenmesh" of a nude male torso and the mesh file from Movie Hangout with the under shirt removed - may still require expansion for blouse mesh(?)

NOTE: there is a slight cosmetic issue at the front interior near the waist that shows black rectangular flaps. I am unable to remove or make transparent, as any attempt alters the exterior appearance of the mesh. I have conducted extensive testing in game and this issue is less evident with sims of an average body mass and also when wearing a bottom layer.
