In youth the owner of this building was the good mechanic. But in the course of time he was fond of invention too much and has transformed the station into the junkyard. Now here many different materials for wonderful handicrafts and inventions. It contains: junkyard with time machine, bistro, wc, owner's house with workbench. It is good place for inventors and homeless sims. But beware of rats! Seriously!

I built it in Sunset Valley on the other side of road from consignment shop. Terrain there rugged a little so you may need this mod for placing lot of suitable size.

Required all EPs and SPs up to Pets. Perhaps used some decor from Riverview and BarnaclBay.

Cheats used: moveobjects, buydebug, cfe.

Built with game version 1.29.

Playtested.
