Contemporary glass and concrete building built for Bridgeport, Memorial avenue 1757 (hope I wrote lot's name correct :) I haven't english version of game). It contains 2-story 1br, 1,5ba apartment. At the first floor there is home office and great private balcony with jacuzzi and beautiful view of the town and outskirts. At the second floor there is open-planning hall, kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace. All of it made in austere and elegant style. Bedroom is more traditional in green-brown colors. Also stylish bathroom with reflective floors and compact laundry. And marvellous entertainment area at the roof including bar, dance floor and pool.

The TSR Creations below were used in this Creation.
This lot built especially for Bridgeport, Memorial avenue, 1757 (across the road to the Sport stadium). This lot is not plain and I'm not sure this building will look okay at another place.
Lot contains Food Truck parking and some spawners and fog emitters.
I guess you can easily remake this lot for the dance club or something else if you wish.
And, of course, it contains empty basement for your needs.
Required all EPs and SPs up to Pets. Perhaps used some decor from Riverview and BarnaclBay.
Cheats used: moveobjects, buydebug, cfe, rbbb.
Built with game version 1.29.
