And bedroom of... undoubtedly, true egoist can appreciate this bedroom :) Had I said already about the only one balcony enough big for private jacuzzi? :) All the rest for comfortable living you can find at the ground floor and basement: meeting-room, laundry, gym and pool. Flat lot built and decorated especially for Bridgeport, but you can place it anywhere at 30x40 size. 10-story building contains hall, meeting-room, security-room, laundry and fake bookstore (just for deco) at the ground floor. Public gym,wc, pool and jacuzzi in the basement.
By removing some markers in buy-mode you can get access to the roof.
Cars not included.

Required all EPs and SPs up to Pets. Perhaps used some decor from Riverview and BarnaclBay.
