This is the 4th Dedication Home I have posted to TSR I Love LillieBou and her lots are amazing so I just wanted to build a lot especially for her in her style a place she can call her own. This charming country but Modern Home includes 3 Bedrooms on the 2nd floor, Each with there own bathroom, a comfy living area is also located on the 2nd floor Bedroom level. On the 1st floor you have another living area with a study area, Large Kitchen, and Dinning room. There is a large attic room good for a gym or a nursery or 4th bedroom, or whatever you need it to be. There is also an office located on the 1st floor. Both the 1st and 2nd floors have there own Patio's with very comfortable seating the 1st floor patio has an outdoor kitchen. The home is fully decorated inside and out amazing landscaping all around.
