In an effort to keep this lot below the 50MB size restriction, a lot of editing to the interior furnishings was done, leaving a few rooms empty; it is my hope you will enjoy filling them with whatever your sims want or need that I have not provided them. This Lot was built at 15 Summerhill Court, Sunset Valley and 16 Wandering Heights, Twinbrrok and tested at 1007 Pomona Promenade, Appaloosa Plains; it also fits a lot in Riverview. The Lot is 47.1MBs in size and items from WA, Ambitions, Generations, Pets. Late Night, Showtime, Seasons, University, Paradise, and Futures might have been used as well as items from TSR.
