This is literally a retouch of one of my old Dutch Streets lots... from way back. Not too big, although it looks like three houses on just one lot. Well, it is just one. The Dutch have fairly small houses. Back in the old days a family of 16 would easily live in these with just 2 bedrooms and an outdoor toilet. Not to worry, I brought it into the 21st century. It DOES have the Holland touch, like the roofs and gables, the canal, and the bridges. Also a very nice garden for your green thumb sims. Freddie tested it herself. Upgraded some stuff here and there. What she left is loads of laundry ;) she likes to mark her lots. It does look pretty in Aurora Skies, because of the flatness near the coast. but you can place it on any 40x40 lot.
