The 'Flip This House' challenge from the previous post is canceled, due to lack of interest. I will work something out and notify the 2 interested people (by PM) shortly...

Just Curious...

Hi, I was thinking of having a small 'Flip this house' Challenge. I was just curious if there was any interest in that! There wouldn't be any prize or anything...just for fun. I was throwing around the idea of this type of challenge strictly for my downloaders/fans!
I also welcome lot builders at any experience level. This could be a great learning experience! I would set up a thread in the forums so we could exchange pics. There would be a start and end date. There will be more details if there is an interest.

If this sounds interesting please reply here and depending on the amount of interest, we'll see...I'll give 1 week for responses.

Revising old lots

I am currently in the process of revising some old lots that had minor defaults to them, due to some cheats used to build them. Mainly some of my mediterranean villas. The list is: Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach & Balmoral Beach. I'm looking to get all this caught up so I can finish some of my new exciting releases coming soon...

I was very surprised to see such a close margin in the results. I will use this info so I can plan my future creations to suit everyone!!

I have updated my decorative files (pictures & rugs) for all that were originally published on July 18, 2006 and earlier. These files are now 'DXT3Format' for smaller file sizes.

You voted and I built it...I have been working on a modern house - I'm not much of a modern builder, so I hope you like it! Its on a small lot, but packs alot: 3 bdrms, large main floor principal rooms, roof terraces, games room and pool. Its inspired by some of the beach houses in L.A. California. Here is a sneak peek at what you should expect soon...

I really appreciate all the input on my poll!!! I like the interaction/feedback...This gives me the chance to build new lots that people actually want! I'm playing around with some new ideas for modern houses - modern is really not my style, but I love a challenge!...I'll keep you posted.

Whats coming up...

Here is a house I've been working on...It should be available by end of March! Its a mid-sized european based design with 3 bedrooms and great curb appeal: The following house will be the third last house of my "Grand Estate Collection - Series 2" of a 2 series collection...A very spacious design with 4 large bedrooms (the master is like a house on its own) and large principle rooms on the main floor. This house is still under construction - should be available mid April:
