I am one of the many house creators out there for Sims 3. My process of creating houses typically involves real world inspiration along with my own personal touches. I typically work on the exteriors and floor plans of the houses while my girlfriend will finish the house off interior wise - unless of course she is working on her our houses then I might end up doing the interiors as well.

We are also beginning to dive into the TSR Workshop tool. We are hoping to add even more custom content in the very near future. Thank you for checking out our profile page.
