Created for: The Sims 3

This is the last of the Dutch Streets series. The lot's main building is a Patrician house (late 17th century) as there are still many of them. I added some extra houses on the lots. One (which looks a bit like an old farm house) has a sculpting and painting studio. The other two houses (which are connected) could be used for a home owned business. There is a garage too. And of course, a canal. The main house is two stories high, has a kitchen, bathroom and living room on the first floor, two bedrooms and another bathroom on the second. I have used no cc, no store items, not even patterns that were not made by EA. It isn't cheap, but your well-to-do Sim will love you for getting it for her or him! I will use this lot to add the cc I want in there and share the pictures in the screen shot section here on TSR.
