Created for: The Sims 3

Part of my Sims1 conversion series. SimCity Beach was added with the Hot Date expansion pack. It was located in the Downtown area on lot 29. Known for its spotless sand and toxic water, SimCity Beach is a favorite for those hot summer days that seem to be everyday in The Sims. To adjust this to Sims3, I did make a slight alteration. The small building in the corner of the lot has been changed from a shop into public restrooms.
