Acaciana is named for the magnificently coloured acacias in the grounds - one of which is a 'fixture' in the pool. It was there first, so the pool was created around it. As well as looking beautiful, this combination also provides full [if only seasonal] employment for a pool cleaner.
Acaciana is a 4storey residence of 7 main rooms, 3 of which are bedrooms. This room count does not include the 3 full baths, powder-room, art gallery, artists' booth, balcony bar and TV area or the seating/entertainment areas adjacent to the elevator on each floor. It DOES include . . open plan livingroom/kitchen/dining, design studio, music appreciation room, and the exercise den on the top floor. Speaking of which, there is a game area and loungers on the roof deck, accessed via the elevator.
The pool deck is large and fully paved and features a cross-pool walkway, furnished with a couple of loungers for enjoying whatever cool air comes off the pool.
A BBQ and outdoor cafe-style dining area occupies the front end of the pool deck, and more loungers and tables are to be found on the rear portion.
Acaciana was built on and for the lot at 2200 Pinochle Pt.SV . . but only requires a 30x30 flat lot if you wish to live elsewhere.

Acaciana is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] or claim it as your own work . I have the following installed on my base-game: WA/A/LN. HELS/FL/OL. My game is fully patched. I have also run the TSR Rigfix patch on my game and supporting CC folders.. Beds used in my build are EA defaults. My test Sims were extremely happy with this lot.
