Why is this a mini-manor ? Because it's built on a 20X30 lot. So you can place it in any world, even on a bigger lot if you wish to have a place where to park your car or extend the small lake for your sims to skate on it. This villa has a small swimming pool under the arched bridge, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comes also with a secret chamber you can turn into a bedroom if you wish. Because it has already an underground part you can reach by using an elevator, it's very easy to add more floors.
