I had originally intended this lot to be furnished and ready to play, however the enormous size of the file has prevented that and so the lot has been uploaded basically unfurnished.

Installation Instructions:

This lot was build on the Moon Islands terrain and placed in the far right corner. For optimal playability, lot should be placed on the same terrain and area. If placing on other BV beach terrains, beach area may appear distored (with different heights) than how I created this lot.
