This is # 8 in my "Red Roof" Downtown series. Collect 'em all! Need to pay your water or sanitation bills? Need to argue about your taxes? Need to go to Hell.. sorry.. the DMV? Need to report for jury duty? Well, here you go! City Hall is the place for all that and more. Sim justice features juries that consist of only 4 people. Why not? They have no "serious" crime, unless poking your neighbor in the collar bone counts. These 2 courtrooms are hardly ever used - except to eat, which is why I added the tables and chairs to the courtyard. And the jury deliberation chambers have no big table, just couches and some reading matter - law books, I guess. Downstairs when you pay your city bills and taxes you can also buy magazines, and the offices are great for meeting a friend, since they are small and you can see any jealous somebodies before they get to the door. The Department of Motor Vehicles features an unreachable "Help" desk and a maze to get to the clerk. Then you can't get out! Typical. Be sure to check out the graffiti outside the DMV!
