Introducing my only community lot! :D It's a modest one, really, with a gym, spa, and swimming pool in the basement, a clothing and mini-grocery shop on the first floor (with a shower in each restroom after your Sim's worked up a sweat exercising), and on the second floor, it's fun time for your Sim, plus bars galore of drinks and expresso! Outside, your Sim can have a nice little meal, and just relax on the swing. Those wall murals of that beautiful blonde upstairs are from my Mandy Murals Collection, courtesy of Dean Yeagle, available here at TSR! Notes: Hack-free. User-content rugs are from Windkeeper/Echo. You must also have University to get the full use of this lot. Enjoy!
