Blue Skies is a 2-storey, 3bedroom, 3bathroom family residence on a small lot.
Ground floor comprises entry, very large kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated formal dining, sunken livingroom with TV and audio system, family bathroom, covered deck with conversation pit, bar and hot tub, outdoor entertaining with bbq and bistro dining for 8. A 2-car garage, with security gate, is snugged in under the roofline.
Top floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bath, double guestroom, single bedroom, third bathroom, family room/library with piano, gym/game room with pool table and football game, enclosed sun balcony with seating and bookcase.
Blue Skies was built on and for the specially created 35x25 lot in the space previously occupied by Mick's Master Karaoke at 130 Redwood Parkway, SV. If you wish, it can be located on any suitably sized, flat lot in any neighbourhood.

Blue Skies is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] . It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully patched game.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Blue Skies.
