Bridgewood: a whimsical roofline covers a mellow, 2 bedroom, country-comfort home, with timber panelling and floors for added warmth in family areas.
The ground floor contains livingroom, kitchen/dining, powder-room, family bathroom with laundry facilities, double bedroom [ensuite bath] with country fireplace.
Mid-level: second bedroom [also with ensuite], nursery, study, gym, and all-in-one bath.
The top floor comprises 2 separate rooms with an open observation deck between. One of these areas is home to a hands-on hobby room and the other - designated The Tower Room - is set up as a light-filled reading room, with music and a coffee bar. An astronomer's telescope is set up on the deck, and there is lounge seating with a view of the river and bridges.
Although there is no garage on the 30x20 lot, there is a single parking area at the end of the driveway.
Bridgewood sits snugly on a 30x20 lot on the riverbank in Riverview. I re-sited the Dean house which was at 2 Bridge Parkway and created a new 30x20 lot closer to the river on the vacant space.

Bridgewood is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have an up-to-date game ie.fully patched. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Bridgewood
