Coolibah is a modern summer home for a small Sim family. It has 2 bedrooms plus a nursery off the master, 3 full bathrooms and a powder room and is decorated throughout in cool, calm greens and blues.
The layout is :
Ground level - elevator to reception area, large pool with diving board; canopied and free-standing loungers and full BBQ facilities with bistro dining for 8. Full bathroom. Separate garaging for 2 vehicles [included].
1st level: entry from elevator, living room, kitchen with included dining. A second elevator in the living room allows access to the bedroom level, and another at the rear of the kitchen services the rear yard and garage.
2nd level: here are the master bedroom with ensuite bath and adjoining nursery; a single bunk bedroom with desk, reading nook and own bath; den or office with library area, computer and file system and a small powder room.
The top floor has been fitted out as an art/design studio and includes a chess table and visitor seating.

Coolibah is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Coolibah .
