Greenslopes is a 4-storey residence set off the beaten track, high on the hill in Sunset Valley, between Skyborough Blcd, Sierra Tango Street and Pinochle Point. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and all the usual amenities - living space, kitchen and dining rooms.
Major traffic areas are on the ground floor, the master suite of bedroom, bathroom and exercise station with hottub, occupies the second level, 2 double bedrooms with shared bath are on the third floor and the top floor contains a study/design studio. Both the master bedroom and the study have access to external decks and internal travel is via a series of lifts.
The grounds include swimming pool with water feature and diving board; al fresco dining with electric BBQ and a self-contained artist's retreat with sculpting station and easel. There is an all-in-one bathroom handily located in this area.
Entry to Greenslopes is via a series of staircases set into the side of the hill. The Lot is not flat, nor is it located on an established roadwya, so and care should be taken in placing the 40x20 custom lot where indicated on the plan. Even if you are unable to get Greenslopes exactly placed, it will still be playable, provided the footing at the lower level is relatively even.

Even if you are unable to get Greenslopes exactly placed, it will still be playable, provided the footing at the lower level is relatively even.
This Lot is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Greenslopes
