Lakeside - a compact 2 storey family home, for a young Sim couple with small children or perhaps for retirees, in which case the second bedroom could become a guestroom. Decor is bright, cheerful and hardwearing - perfect for a growing family.

The layout is simple : livingroom and kitchen/dining on the ground floor - 2 bedrooms [a double and a single with bunks] and bathroom on the upper level.

The garage has parking for a single vehicle, plus storage space for the garbage and recycle bins.

Flowering trees provide shade at the rear of the house, for both the BBQ and picnic table, and for a pair of lounge chairs.

Lakeside was built on a 25x25 lot at 2 Bridge Parkway, Riverview previously occupied by the Dean family. [the original 30x20 lot was demolished].
If you wish, Lakeside may be re-located to any suitably sized lot in any of the neighbourhoods, provided the land is flat.

Lakeside is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .

I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
