Nunawading [pronounced 'nunna-wad-ing'] is a 2-storey, 3bedroom residence with a black and white theme. Stiped sunblinds add a dash of casual elegance to the front of the building.
It has 4 and a half baths, an indoor pool and hot tub, a double garage under the roofline and a rear terrace with lounge and meal seating and an inground fountain with greenery and water feature. The half-bath, adjacent to the front door, serves extra duty as a powder=room for guests.
The three bedrooms have ensuite baths. The master bedroom has a wall-mounted TV, double, mirrored wardrobe and a chest of drawers for smalls. ; The second [or guest] bedroom is a double and has a small, connected study/office. The twin single has separate, enclosed study rooms for the occupants. but coiuld readily be made into two single rooms if circumstances required..
The livingroom is subtly divided - the larger area has a grand piano on a raised platform, a music centre, chess table, and a cushioned conversation area . . the smaller space contains a wall mounted TV, relaxed seating and a large bookcase.
The meal preparation/dining space is large and open plan. In addition to the usual 'fittings', the kitchen contains twin fridges, both sink and dishwasher and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The dining table is circular and seats 6 - with room for extras if necessary.
The entry hallway is spacious and T-shaped . . . the wider 'bar' extends across the house width from front to back door and includes the spiral stair, sofa seating and another large bookcase. The longer 'leg' section leads to a small general office/study and, finally, the indoor pool and hot tub. The adjacent full bathroom also has a door which opens onto the terrace.
As mentioned, the garage accommodates 2 vehicles - each with separate paved entry. There is no direct access to the main house, but a door - into the livingroom - is only a few steps away.
Landscaping is minimal . . .those areas not paved are laid to grass and the small ornamental trees and floral accents require only basic care.
Nunawading was built on and for the 40x30 lot at 60 Maywood Lane, Sunset Valley - it requires nothing more than a flat lot of appropriate size if re-locating.

You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item. Such instances will not affect installation and play for Nunawading. .
