Pelican Sands is a marcorse original work. It does not include custom content, I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched

You may not re-upload Pelican Sands anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .

I created a 40x20 lot on which to build Pelican Sands. The lot is not completely flat . . it's on sand after al . . and I have included a screenshot with a starting point, so that the ground contours will be as close as possible to my original - this is a point almost level with the righthand corner of the small garden reserve which is opposite the T-junction at the end of Water Lily Lane on Sun Song Avenue. As you will see it is almost on the edge of the light, grass shadow on the sand . .approx. one tile seaward of the darker grass. If you can approximate this position, Pelican Sands will be as pictured . . but the siting is not critical if you are not fazed by uneven ground.
