Seafoam is a 2 storey seaside bungalow of 4 bedrooms with the cool, airy ambience befitting it's name and location. Because it is located high above the beach on the spit of land at the end of Sunnyside Boulevarde - and therefore not convenient to the water - the very large indoor pool is a good compromise.
The ground floor layout resembles a flattened 'H', with the entry, living areas, powder room, bathroom and pool/gym on one leg and the kitchen, dining room, den and al freso dining on the other - joined by a short hallway behind the garage, which separates the two wings.
The foyer and livingroom are open plan, with a plant-filled divider, and flow into the sitting/music room and small game room. The kitchen area is large, in a modified galley format with a snack/breakfast bar; thediningroom has seating for 8.
The powder room and main bathroom are separate and located adjacent to the foyer and livingroom.
Entry to the pool room is via double doors in a small 'ell' off the main hallway - as well as a good-sized lap pool with diving board, this area contains fitness equipment and a bull ride. The pool area and game room share a wall, and this features a large, saltwater aquarium. The game room continues this theme with a rolling surf mural. For the convenience of both swimmers and those exercising, there is a connecting door into the main bathroom.
Upstairs the layout follows the horizontal bar of the H; it contains the master suite, 2 single bedrooms and a double - which could serve as guest sleeping - as well as a shared bathroom .
The master suite occupies approximately half of the available space on this level and comprises bedroom, sittingroom with fireplace, personal office and ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms are also well appointed - smaller, but still not cramped.
The outdoor dining deck contains a full-service BBQ setup as well as bistro table seating [8] with sun canopies. There is garaging for one vehicle under the roofline, and the motor is included with the real estate.
Seafoam was built on the Wolff property [which was removed] at the end of Sunnyside Blvd, Sunset Valley. It requires only a flat lot of appropriate size, if re-locating.

Seafoam is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work however you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL .I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Seafoam.
