Shoalhaven is a 4-level single family home with simple lines and cool, ' summer at the beach' decor.
Ground level comprises entry, livingroom and bathroom - and is surrounded by a wrap-around, covered porch.
Second level is home to kitchen. informal and formal dining in an open-plan design and this level also has a balcony
The bedroom is on the third level, and features a glass ceiling. It has access to a private terrace with seating.
The private bathroom on the top level is reached via tube elevator -as are the other leels here - and there is a small reading corner on the elevator gallery.
The grounds include a combined lap / splash pool witjh water feature, a self-contained outdoor entertaining area housed in a gazebo with sun roof, and a firepit with seating for comfortable evening conversations outdoors.
Shoalhaven was built on and for the 30x20 lot at 5 Sun Song Avenue, Sunset Valley . . .it has no special requirements if you wish to locate it in another neighberhood / world.

Shoalhaven is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Shoalhaven. .
