Solidarity is a 3-storey, 3 bedroom solid brick home with a single vehicle garage under. It is fully furnished, decorated and landscaped and has a swimming pool behind it's tall, slatted fence. It has 3 full baths, a powder room and a compact, all-in-one bathroom.
Downstairs: the foyer/reception area is quite roomy and fully enclosed. A single door gives access to the powder-room, and a set of double doors allows entry to the main part of the house. Directly behind these double doors is an inverted L shaped hallway. An archway off the shorter leg opens into the combined TV lounge/sitting room. Almost directly opposite is the door to the garage. Straight ahead down the long leg of the L is the stairs to the upper levels, with the kitchen/dining on the right and a small art retreat at the very end.
The kitchen is large, 'G' shaped and contains all the appliances necessary for fast, efficient and enjoyable food preparation. The dining room shares the same space, and has seating for 6, but can accommodate 8 diners.
Mid level: Here are the bedrooms - 2 doubles and a twin single, all with ensuite bathrooms; wth the master ensuite having a separate toilet .
The master bedroom allows the only access to the private office/den, with online computer ; to the balcony facing the street- and, for added convenience/safety, to the nursery The twin single room has it's own online computer and study desk.
Upper level: this area is given over to recreation and entertainment. there is a small dance floor with music system and jukebox, a pool table, a number of electronic games and a couple of pinball machines. This floor also has it's own compact bathroom.
Outdoors: the pool has a diving board, is moderately large and shaped like a squat mushroom. Groups of lounge chairs are sited around the pool, each pair with a sunshade. The BBQ is undercover and there is bistro seating for 6, close handy.
The vegetable garden is situated at the rear of the property. It has it's own water supply - and a handy bucket. . Most of the plants - including tomtoes and bell peppers are ripe for the picking, as evidenced in the screen preview . . and the apple trees are also bearing fruit - all under the watchful eye of Mr. Punkinhead.
Solidarity was built on and for the lot at 2300 Pinochle Point, SV and requires only a flat lot if you wish to put it somewhere else.

You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Solidarity .
