Tenerife is a 2-storey rendered brick residence with the benefits of space and light. It has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
It's layout is traditional in that the living areas are on the ground floor - and these comprise an open plan entry - livingroom - sittingroom and a kitchen - diningroom, each with a decorative divider to subtly define space. A small annex has been set aside on the end of the kitchen area for a pantry. The entry has a coat/hat rack, mirror and seating for the convenience of family and guests, and the downstairs powder room is also adjacent to the front door. A wide deck on this level holds bbq, meal seating, a firepit and loungers. Entry to this outdoor entertaining complex is via a door at the end of the livingroom..
The master bedroom has an ensuite bath, while the second, [double] bedroom and the double guest room share the second bathroom on this floor. The guestroom has it's own small balcony, with loungers and a telescope. The lift gallery opens into a reading-room with a corner fireplace for cooler times and a small game table for variety. There is a stereo and a pair of sofas on the gallery, as well as access to the second balcony on this level; this one holding a small exercise station.
The garbage and recycle bins are stored in a corner of the single garage - to keep them inconspicuous and away from night-time prowlers A compact garden storage locker keeps the lawnmower and other garden implements handy and out of the weather.
The grounds are enclosed by low hedges, are landscaped with hibiscus and low maintenance shrubbery and all access areas are paved.
Tenerife was built on and for the 30x30 lot at 433 Sunnyside Blvd, Sunset Valley. It may be located on any flat 30x30 [or larger] lot in any neighbourhood.

Tenerife is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work but you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Tenerife.
