Tranquil Oasis has one bedroom, one bathroom and occupies one level, to accommodate a single Sim or Sim couple. It's decor is not intended to depict any particular style or era, but rather it is an eclectic mix , which I found to be pleasing - and perhaps you will also.
Tranquil Oasis is designed for simplicity and comfort and incorporates Entry, Livingroom, Kitchen and integrated Dining, Bedroom, Bathroom, Study,Laundry and Garage under it's exotic domed roofline.
There are a couple of surprises - the treasure chest in the livingroom for example . . the Tranquil Spirit statue in the fountain . . .oh . . and the snake charmer's basket in the garage . .caution advised!
Unfortunately, the Ship of the Desert - waiting so patiently at the entry gate - is not real . . just a plywood mockup . . but he does add atmosphere! Alternative ransport is available per the sturdy old pickup which comes with the house.
I wanted a less urban locale for Tranquil Oasis, so chose the lot at 6 Floodplain Lane, Appaloosa Plains. [after evicting Ms. Lionheart and her cats and demolishiing her house - you could just move her home to another lot]. However, you may wish to place the Oasis somewhere else entirely and in that case all it requires is a flat 30x30 lot.

Tranquil Oasis is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Tranquil Oasis
