Tullamarine is a 2storey residence and is offered with only the ground floor and the master suite furnished [in response to a long standing request].
the lower level contains entry foyer, livingroom with fireplace and TV; kitchen and dining, pool room, small exercise station, general bathroom, showeroom with access to the pool deck. 2car garage. Within the pool area is a BBQ with meal seating and several loungers;. the pool itself, contains an in-pool bar and there is a watefall feature at one end, and a diving board at the other.
The master suite on the upper level comprises bedroom, ensuite bath and walk in robe. The bedroom has a fireplace, music system and a personal office in a window alcove.
The remainder of the first floor is unfinished, but has been divided into a further 3 bedrooms, all with own baths. Of course these unfurnished spaces may be utilised for any purpose, as required.
Since I am in the countdown phase of my lot creation for TS3, I decided to comply with one or two long standing requests. . . this is one of them.
Tullamarine was built on and for the 40x30 lot at 180 Redwood Parkway, SV . . ..

Tullamarine is a marcorse original work.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix for Pets on all files in this build, therefore it contains nothing to cause problems.
It is base game compatible, but if you wish it to appear as I have presented it here, you must have the last patch installed. That patch ensures, that even if you don't have the EPs and SPs that I have installed, you WILL have access to any items that need them in order to be functional and visible.
If you don't have the patch [or the EP/SPs], then the game will replace 'missing' items with default ones . . .with mixed success sometimes. Such 'missing' items will not affect install or play for this lot.
You may not re-upload Tullamarine anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
