Nice little island world. Lots of Fish, butterfly, beetle, gem and metal spawners.
There are 50 residential lots of varying size (4 with houses on) and 21 community lots.
Community lots are:
4 Fishing Spots;
5 Beach lots;
Community Garden;
Martial Arts Academy;
Art Gallery;
Graveyard;
City Hall;
Police Station, Book store, School and Play ground;
Library;
Grocery store,Spa and Movie Theatre;
Business Office;
Pool;
Science Lab;
Criminal Warehouse;
1 Empty.
It has been tested by me, I have had several sim families living in it! I made it quite a while ago and was planning on adding more lots to it but Create-A-World stopped working for me and then the patch messed it up for everyone and it still isn't working properly for me :(
I may create some lots designed for placing on it and upload them separately!!

Once installed it only worked once, then I tried numerous times to install, reinstall and it never worked again.
What a pity, it was such a well-made world! \:o
