Created for: The Sims 3

A simple 3 story brick Starter Home, featuring one bedroom, bath, eat-in-kitchen, living room, garage, den, study, and 2 fireplaces.

With the exception of lights, an outside fountain, statue, a bench and chairs, chess table, easel, Obelisk Vines and a telescope, the lot is unfurnished. I made this house especially with all things Steampunk/Victorian in mind, hence the name, and used no CC to make the house or furnish it; everything came directly from the base game.
Inside, the ground level has a garage big enough for two cars, and a den area in the rear opening to the garden, both in a rusted vintage industrial style.

On the first floor, the front door opens into the quaint living room decked in earthy wood paneled brown and yellow wallpaper, a beautiful red, green and grey brick fireplace greeting those who enter across the pegged wooden floor. A small closet offers immediate storage space, flush against the red-carpeted wooden staircase, but before you venture upstairs be sure to enjoy the spacious kitchen, fronted in glass double doors and offering unparalleled vantage points of the rear and side gardens! Pale beige stone on the walls helps add light to the room, crowning the polished wainscoting with its stunning carved detail.

On the second floor more vivid color is introduced in the hallway through the use of bright red floorboards and lime green paneling. One window offers your final view of the rear garden before you enter one of the three rooms on the second level. Facing the stairs is the delicately painted bathroom, done up in soft beige and browns and ornamented with gentle floral accents, chequered beige and brown tiles on the floor. Behind an exquisite yellow stained glass door is the large study, in barely discernable purples and greys just hinted at by the tile work of the second roaring fireplace in the house. Either through the aDoorable door via the study of the grand Mata-door in the hallway with its similar yellow glass, one finally enters the bedroom, complete with wooden floors and floral paneling in beige, yellow and brown.

Outside, the exterior boasts two handy little garden patches, ripe with already harvestable crops for your Sims to enjoy. There are 2 apple trees and 1 lime tree, and two of each: tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, potatoes, garlic, lettuce, grapes, watermelon and Omni Plants.
