Once an industrial estate, Magnolia Mall now boasts four of the most exclusive retail outlets in the Promenade. Be sure to dress in your finest before you venture down to shop at this stylish arcade - you never know who you'll bump into! Magnolia Mall has a chic women's clothing store, an industrial-themed men's clothing store, a rustic steampunk music/book store and a boutique art gallery. It also has a street-style florist/convenience store as well as a pop-up cafe.

This lot is super fun to visit as a retail store. If you want a household to run it as a business, I recommend one that has 2 or more Sims in order to handle customers and restocking (plus your additional retail staff). Otherwise just remove items from sale (and keep as decorative) until you're happy with the balance. You will also need to hire a barista, as this is not a cafe lot. Magnolia Mall uses mostly Get Together and Get To Work (and base game items). You could replace the remaining items from other packs.
