To use it you must activate in the cheat console (ctrl + shift + c) when the bar exits type the following cheat (testingcheats true) (enter) then (bb.moveobjects on) with the active cheat to close the cheat console again use it activated (ctrl + shift + c), in the build mode put the surfboard on the beach or the pool, to upload it press the 9, on top of the surfboard put the teleporters and that's it
